Diabetics at Whataburger

Diabetics need to be a bit cautious while dining at Whataburger. Almost every burger is rich in sodium content and it is highly recommended to keep your burger cravings in control while dining at Whataburger. However, you can always satisfy your cravings for a burger by choosing Whataburger Jr. or other non-burger items from the menu.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for Diabetics:

A diabetic should resist from ordering any extra meat-based burger such as Double Meat Whataburger or Triple Meat Whataburger to limit the sodium intake and calories. Most burgers except the Whataburger Jr. are high in sodium and hence should be avoided.

High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Drinks are best in area here. Have the bartender make you their signature "cranberry-apple mule" it is fantastic. The closest thing we have to mixology in Jupiter. The burgers and food are average for the price. The adult milkshakes are great and have some clever twists.

What a great find! I absolutely love Chef Allen's in Miami, so I was pleasantly surprised to find out he had made his way to Jupiter, FL. Awesome food, service, and libations. A must!

The burger here reminded me of the flavorless burger at Chuck, just bigger and more expensive. The fried pickles and onion rings were bland. The bar was good and has a nice liquor and beer selection.

Burger Bar is more "Bar" than burger. Decor is kind of industrial which was okay, except the seating was very uncomfortable and it didn't really appear there were any other comfortable options for dining. For drinks sure, you could sit on the sofa type chairs with a coffee table in the middle -- which was a choice a hostess gave us for dining. Instead we sat at a long high table using two of the 8 or 10 stools around it. My burger was actually tasty....and the wife said her grilled cheese with onions was tasty as well. The fries were average. We asked for onion rings and were told they have sort of an onion string loaf, so we ordered it. It had potential to be good, however the onions were cut so thin you couldn't really taste that they were within the batter. And the batter was a real nondescript bore as it wasn't seasoned at all. There's so many other places to have a better burger/fry/onion ring experience so I gave it a two star rating as I can't give a place I won't go back to more than that.

No wonder this place has two Yelp pages for the same restaurant.. SKETCHY. I went here the other night after reading fabulous reviews. Probably a bad idea since I had overly high expectations. My first choice was to sit outside since they never asked our preference and it was a nice night- but the hostess said it would be a half hour (doubt it). We tried a buffalo chicken cheese dip appetizer that was on special and listed along with 5 dollar apps, smart server since what we chose ended up being about 9, not 5. Every burger is about ten, we asked for more chips and that was 2 more dollars which we were never told. We also got the onion ring explosion which was also around 8 dollars since the burgers come a la cart. I'm still eating the huge loaf as leftovers. I'm a cheeseburger connoisseur but not sure if all the trendy gourmet burger places work. I'm not cheap I just prefer spending money on QUALITY food. Would of much rather spent 60 dollars somewhere else.

I've been here several times now and I thouroughly enjoy this place. The drinks are fantastic! I'm in love with the white-peach sweet tea, so I haven't tried anything else, but all my friends and boyfriends loved all of theirs as well. They also have an extensive beer list too. Now for the food.. I highly recommend the stone crab soup. My bf and I shared this and it was awesome. I don't think you should share it like we did......get your own! It might save a fight. Next, the burgers are really good. I've had several here and the only disappointment I had was the Southern Fried Chicken Burger. That said, it wasn't due to quality, it was just not what I was expecting and not really my cup of tea. M y favorite is the Hot Mess Burger. It really is a hot YUMMY mess. Service is sometimes slow, but not too bad. All around....I'll be back

Second time here. As far as food goes... not impressed. Lovely atmosphere, server was great but the burger was dry and somewhat flavorless. Fries were soggy and limp. This place is a fantastic venue for gathering friends for drinks, but food would not be a reason to come here.

I went here for lunch with my husband. I got the Beach Burger and my husband got the Hot Mess Burger. The burgers were cooked perfectly. We both ordered medium well. Hamburger buns were fresh and pillowy which enhanced the burger. My Beach burger came with Swiss, bacon, pickles and beach sauce which the server described as a mustard aioli. The hot mess burger had Swiss and cheddar, japs, fried cheese, bacon and a spicy blasting sauce which is basically a kicked up hot wing sauce. My husband really liked his burger and I thought mine was just ok. We both agreed that it wasn't the best burger we ever had but not the worst either. We choose to eat outside and really liked the outside patio area. A few large screen TV's had the Sunday football games on which pleased my husband. Service was average. Server was very busy but he basically met our needs. However, what made me slightly mad was that when they dropped off our burgers the food runner just left and never asked if we needed anything, and the only thing we had on our table was napkins and silverware. No salt, pepper, ketchup etc... so we... the customer, had to flag someone down to get these basics. Overall, I would say that I wouldn't mind coming back if I am in the area and someone else REALLY wanted to go there but wouldn't make a special trip for these burgers. There are so many gourmet burger restaurants now that its slowly becoming boring and frankly I'm over it! Especially paying over $12.00 + for a burger that's average. Next....

Great Concept. Burgers are very good & huge....outdoor Bar for the grown ups is always great.....the decor is very contemporary and I really like it. the only thing I did not like is the French Fries...the menu said Hand Cut...but they are the Frozen Brand named "Hand Cut"....and not cut fresh...I can tell the difference and it does not taste as real fresh hand cut fries do....so 1 Star down for the Fries :)

Great burgers, beer selection kinda sucks for craft selections. They said they had local beers but replaced them due to low sales. Will definitely be back for more burgers though

One. Huge. Disappointment. I live in the area and have been wanting to check this place out for a while. First time was yesterday, got some food to go. The price? Totally blown out of proportion. Now, I am not a cheap person whatsoever. In fact, I work for an actual "celebrity" chef, so paying a little more for things is totally fine for me. I had seen Chef Allen's name on the restaurant and thought the quality would be good. I bought two six-packs of sliders, one six-pack of kobe beef sliders and one of pork belly sliders. Now, if one slider, as also advertised on the menu, is $6.50 and the same normal slider size, that's ridiculous to start. The six-packs for $24 EACH, and I was NOT told the price when I placed my order on the phone, or I perhaps would have asked if it was worth it. That's a huge no-no in my opinion; you should always be told the price on the phone, ESPECIALLY if it's expensive food. So, I let it go, since I had never tried the food here, so I paid for it. Also got a large order of fries. The pork belly sliders were extremely under-seasoned and horribly bland. No "heart..." no "soul..." like the menu says. On the bun was lots of greens and a mango chutney. Diced mangos like they came from a can. A huge fail overall. The kobe beef sliders? Probably should have ordered the classic sliders to spare me the trouble. Again, way under-seasoned and a touch undercooked. Jeez. And the fries. Oh, the fries. They're the same exact fries you get at Duffy's. My gosh what a wreck. I can't believe this place. I can't believe a Chef would put his name on this dump and be proud of it. I have nothing against anyone who likes this place, but to those who haven't been I say stay away. Service is nice, no biggie. But my goodness! What a freaking rip off for horrible food. I'd rather go to greasy Five Guys, or better yet Grease in downtown WPB.

This place is great! Great food, great atmosphere and great people. Plus $2 sliders on Tuesday, can't say no to that! PS. Get the Cajun Fries- they're awesome!

It's not often that I'm in Jupiter, so a girlfriend and I made an appearance here before we went out for some drinks. They have a selection of burgers to choose from. Anything from the great to the hot delicious mess. Both of us got the beach burger. It consisted of a toasted bun with the stamp, cheese, bacon, and tangy and sweet beach sauce. The white truffle fries came in a bowl that was big enough to share. Happy hour ended at 7, so we got there right before the party ended :) Everything was great. It's not too expensive, but luckily, I had a BOGO coupon that helped. The rest of the menu looked pretty good, especially with the adult shakes.

Honestly a great option for dining in FLL airport. Lots of choices (certainly not only burgers) and a full bar. "Adult" milkshakes are even offered.. I will take them up on that offering next time I am flying out of that terminal. The service can be a bit slow because they use the pizza place's kitchen right across the way from their location. Even so, great service and the waitress who served us pushed for things to come to us quickly so we wouldn't miss our Air Jamaica flight. She also made a pretty awesome lemon drop shot to get my nerves right for the flight. Thanks, Burger Bar!

Nothing special here - burgers are okay and a good place to grab a quick drink before having a really awesome dinner at Coolinary Cafe a few doors down. The interior is funky and there are tv's everywhere to catch the game. Good place to take the little ones for a quick bite.

I'm not suprised by some of the reviews about service. The service at this restaurant was pretty shotty at best. However, there is a new General Manager and the service issue was the first to be addressed. My last time there I was very impressed and it was my best experience to date. I take my family here whenever they come into town, as they request it. The burgers are second to none and the truffle fries are delicious. I always go with The Hot Mess and it never disappoints. It's $11.00 which is quite acceptable in my opinion as they charge about $5 for a Big Mac these days. If you went early on, you need to go back and check this place out... it's much better now that the kinks have been worked out.

  • Brian P.

Solid burgers and fries. The toppings are over-the-top and remind me of current fads in CA. The dining room features industrial design and really tries the amp up the atmosphere over the faux Tuscan feel of its strip mall (and most of Jupiter). The menu is loaded with creative burgers and other non-beef sandwiches. The drink/beer menu is extensive and the adult shakes are definitely worth a try. Other than that, I can't get super excited about another burger joint in Florida. Just like pizzerias and bagel shops, they're a dime a dozen.

Friend and I had the prime american and tuna,, flat out awesome, we had a waiter named steve. I also had the blue long island, great stuff The staff was friendly and good on recommendations. I had the prime burger, my buddy had the tuna burger. He loved his, said that it was cooked perfectly and overall great. My burger was very good also, cooked perfectly, ( i chose med -well) and the fries were crispy and hot. The blue long island ice tea was good but you can maximize it by asking for little or no ice. Overall very good experience

I was very hesitant to try this place with the bad reviews so we sucked it up one day and decided to go and I am sooo glad we went! Yes it is kind of pricey but if you get a gourmet burger then what else do you expect? The truffle fries and sauce are addicting! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They have lots of tvs and will put on any game that you ask. We haven't been to the outside bar yet but it looks very pleasant to sit at. The wings are AMAZING, our bartender recommended mixing 2 of the sauces and so happy we did because they were great. If we hadn't already ordered our burgers and fries I would have ordered more. Can't wait to go again you wont regret it!

Had the surf and turf burger with sweet potato fries. Burger was great, very tasty! Sweet potato fries were good, but there wasn't enough of them. Service was great and fairly quick, location and atmosphere were nice. The only down side was the price, it can get a bit expensive but if you're craving a good burger go for it.

This is definately one of the better burgers I've had. I ordered the one with swiss, bacon, pickles. Delicious!! Sweet potato fries were great. They have a wide variety of dressed up burgers and other sandwiches. Next time I want to try a adult milkshake. Solid drink menu.... Prices are set A La Carte and can add up quickly for burger and fries but you definately get what you pay for.

I have eaten here twice. Food is okay, but way overpriced. The southern fried chicken sandwich was good but they cut the green tomato and the watermelon so thick it is impossible to eat without falling apart. The turkey burger was good but a little bland. The food is just not worth the price.

Very disappointing service, although the food was pretty good. My brother and I sat down at 6:50PM on a Wednesday night to try Burger Bar for the first time. We had heard mixed reviews but we wanted to try someplace new. After ordering a water so that we could browse their cocktails we had to wait several minutes for the server to return. I asked her what the happy hour specials were and she informed us that happy hour was over. Their advertised Happy Hour ends at 7PM and we were seated 10 minutes prior and trying to order a drink 5 minutes prior. She made up some excuse about the computer now allowing us to order a drink that close to the end of happy hour. I thought that was a pretty cheap move on the part of the restaurant. The food itself was decent. I had The Hot Mess burger which was actually not bad. The cheddar crisp on it was a nice touch. I also ordered a side of the white truffle fries which were good, but they could have been a bit crispier. My brother had The Beach Burger which was nothing special and really had no idea why it was called a Beach burger. We both ordered a shake, I tried the Dulce De Leche which was good and my brother had the Chocolate Oreo which was good. The way they cut the paper on the straws was a nice touch. Overall I really enjoyed the food, but the atmosphere was lacking and the service was poor and the server was rude. When my brother raised a polite exception about their happy hour policies she snapped back at him in what I can only describe as a very rude tone. I was very taken back by that since I've never heard a server speak like that to anyone, let alone in a restaurant that doesn't seem like it's getting much business. On the service alone I will not be going back, nor will my brother and we'll be sure to tell our friends not to patron the restaurant. It's unfortunate too since the food was good, albeit expensive for what it was. I could see this restaurant being some place I visit every so often but the bad service is enough to keep me away. There are plenty of other good places to go in the area, especially with the Coolinary Cafe right next door.

What a beautiful outdoor patio and fantastic service. The burgers were delicious. I had the Beach Burger which was topped with thick cut perfectly cooked bacon, cheese, and sauce. These were the fanciest burgers I have probably ever had. We will definitely return.

It lives up to its name. The burgers are great. A little on the pricey side but it's well worth the higher cost. The outdoor seating is fantastic. They do skimp on the fries and they gave me regular when I ordered cajun style but they were still good. The service is solid. Not amazing but by no means poor. All in all, it's a good/almost great burger joint with plenty of tv's for catching a game.

Great place for dinner and drinks. Some people state that it is overpriced. I thought it was reasonable. It is over priced if you compare it to fast food, but this is far superior to fast food. I had the burger special for the night and I was very satisfied. I have compliment the service. The waitress made sure to attend to our needs and really sold us on the food and the drink. This place will become a place for me to go.

I feel like 3 stars is about right here. Not so much because the food is average (I felt it was above average in taste), but because it is quite expensive and I found the concept execution a little lacking. What I mean is that I ordered their Caesar burger and it did not really taste much like a Caesar. I mean, it had tomato and mozzarella on it. I dunno, it tasted good and everything but it didn't taste very Caesar-ish to me. I have had other versions at other places that got much closer. Also, $40 for 2 burgers and fries and 2 drinks is pretty doggone expensive. But as I said, the taste of the food is actually quite good. We were just roadtripping through, but not bad.

Another rough week at work, and no desire to cook come Friday night. After flipping through our ever faithful "Palm Beach and Surrounding Areas" coupon book, we came across a BOGO entree at Burger Bar in Jupiter, a few miles up the street from us. I was a little skeptical, to be honest, at yet another gourmet burger place that claims to have reinvented the hamburger. How many of these places have opened in the last 5 years? CG Burgers, BurgerFi, GBC, Smashburger, just to name a few. Can the market support all this ground beefery on every street corner? The first thing I realized upon entering is that of the 2 words in the title, the emphasis was most definitely on the word "Bar", as far as the decor and layout of the place. Easily 2/3 of the overall floor space was bar/lounge area, and it was packed at about 7:30. The third dressed up as a restaurant still had a few vacant tables, so we were seated immediately and greeted a few seconds after that. The menu was a single sheet, and the entire back of the card were cocktails, "adult milkshakes", and beers. Quite a few good microbrews on the menu, but disappointingly for me, NONE on tap -- only bottle service. Average price of a bottle of beer was around $6, too -- not a bargain for sure. The burgers on the menu all had creative titles, and a few lines describing their ingredients which all sounded great. The pricing however was a little offputting for me, with burgers and fries going for between $12-$14 dollars each. Even with our coupon, it was going to end up a $50 meal for the 3 of us, and the burgers we eventually chose weren't even from the part of the menu they labelled as "Premium", where the prices hovered around $20 each. I settled on a burger called the "Hot Mess" with sweet potato fries, my wife the Beach Burger, and my daughter the Caesar Burger, both with regular fries, and we washed it down with 2 bottles of Lagunitas Sumpin' sumpin' and a Pepsi. The sandwiches did eat well, no complaints about that from any of us. The Hot Mess had and orange/chipotle sauce on it that was paired well with the aged cheddar, and my daughter's Caesar salad burger vanished before she had even touched a french fry on her plate. My wife, notorious for cutting her burgers in half at the onset and boxing up one of the halves for eating later that night, scarfed her whole burger down at the table, and even managed a few fries before throwing in the towel. All of us order our grilled beef medium-well, and the grill master got it just perfect, with all the juiciness of the meat being surrounded on the outer edge with a thin layer of char that was almost crispy/crunchy. Nailed it. The wife and I split another beer before we asked for our check, and like I figured, even after our coupon, with the tip, the meal was almost $60. I'd expect those kinds of prices in Vegas or San Francisco, but on the corner of Donald Ross and Military, it surprised me a little bit. The food was great, don't get me wrong, and if the cocktails and "adult milkshakes" are made with the same attentiveness, I'm sure that it will make for a great experience. It's a fun environment that while family friendly, is definitely made to attract a 25-45 demographic. However, the burgers at CGBurgers are quite good, too, and about $7 each. It's good to try new stuff every now and then, even if all it does is make you appreciate the old stuff.

I ate at the Burger Bar with my doggs last night. We were sat, and 15 minutes went by with no attention from their servers. I called the restaurant: "Burger Bar How can I help you?" "Hi, we are at Burger Bar right now and no one has come to get our drink order for like 15 minutes, we are in a dire situation over here." "Oh... um... where in the restaurant are you?" "Outside, behind the one man band (who was quite good btw)". About 2 minutes later our drink orders were taken. The server: "You called us from here?" I said, "I ain't gettin up." The Hot Mess Burger and Sierra Nevada Torpedo on draft overcome any service issues at this joint. Highly recommend. Bring appetite & patience.

Eh. Waitstaff is nice but many parts of our order were wrong resulting in longer wait times as we had to send multiple things back to be fixed. Food is average. Milkshakes were runny and unappetizing.

Delicious food! I came here for the first time last Friday and was very pleased. The wait was about 30 min (but worth it). Our server was attentive & friendly. We started with the onion loaf which was yummy, but filling! I had the BBQ burger, YUM! My friend had the fried chicken sandwich w/ sweet tea mayo, watermelon, & green tomato. Delish! I will be getting that sandwich the next time I go.

Don't waste your time! Just another pretentious burger joint that thinks they are all that because they have a $15 burger. Been there twice and sent back the food both times. Once was under cooked and the other I found bone in the "fresh ground" meat. How can you call yourself a burger bar and charge that much and not able to make a eatable burger?? Poorly managed and under staffed adds to the frustration as well. Not impressed with the hype or the preparation or the pricing. Won't go back

Location: scenic, spacious, semi-private, ethnic pottery fountain, very cool and unique creative chandeliers made of bottles which added an abstract modern feel. Lit up nicely, perfectly, many big screen tvs positioned in a scattered design. Very nice Atmosphere: friendly staff, somewhat lively, good vibes. Messed up a little by not having utensils ready and forgot so no 5 star. Food and drink: absolutely perfected ahi tuna salad. Perfectly peppered skin not overbearing but tasteful still. The ahi tuna inspired this review. Very pleased.

This is the 2nd visit to Burger Bar. My first visit was okay, so decided to give it another shot. We arrived before the dinner rush, so we got a table right away. My girlfriend ordered the Caesar burger and I ordered the "Hot Mess" burger. When the server took our order, she never asked us the temp on our burgers so we assumed they were cooked well done (how we like it). So of course the burgers are med rare and bloody. I finished half and could not bare to eat the rest, as did the girlfriend. The manager did stop by our table and we mentioned our experience. She apologized and went on her way. IMO, if a patron is not happy with the food, the manager should do everything possible to rectify the issue and not dismiss it. The food is crafty, but I can get the same quality cheaper and done the correct way somewhere else.

Extremely long (40 min's) waits, but burgers are very good. Several choices of burgers to tickle you tastebuds. Prices are good and taste is incredible.

Went to this place on a Wednesday night for dinner with my son and it was great! Had a burger called a hot mess it was great so much flavor! My son had corn dog bites they looked great but not my thing but he also had a chicken sandwich with watermelon on it weird but it was fantastic have to be pretty creative to make a mayonnaise out of sweet tea but it worked great, service was good could have been better but they were packed with a party at the bar. I truly enjoyed burger bar and will be back for more

First time ordering from this place on line and having it delivered. They only get three stars since they charged me for cheese, but never gave me cheese. Then I was charged $0.25 extra for asking to take off onion off a slider. What is up with that? I am saving them money by not ordering something I would just throw away if it was on my hamburger. If they are going to charge for changes that should be clearly stated on their we. Site, which it was not. The food itself was good. Sweet potato fries, tots, and sliders. But I am not happy with the web site saying "estimated total". The site should have an option to add or delete items off your hamburger and tell you how much that is. Not tell you when the delivery guy comes and says your order is more than your original total.

When we walked in we were greeted and asked for what we want to drink. The music is good but a little loud. The chairs are a little unconfortable. The restaurant is clean but the silverware is a little dirty. The soda mix was wrong and they have Pepsi products. Food came out hot and fresh. This place is a very good example of a high end burger joint. Don't get boneless wings get traditional.

Burgers are good and the waitstaff is really friendly and fast. They have great specials if you keep up with their social media page. The beer selection is also pretty good. I thought the tuna salad was definitely tasty! I love their sliders and all of them are good depending on what your like. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious the first time we had it when it had extra spice (pepper flakes?). The second time we had it, the waitress suggested we add a side order of jalapeños for and extra kick, but the dip itself was lacking in the spiciness that made us love it in the first place. The hostesses when you first approach have neither been friendly or attentive every time I've come, but do not let that turn you off since the waitstaff is good.

I was in the mood for a good burger so I stopped in here. They were serving regular menu but also a Sunday brunch menu. So I ordered a slider which was made to order and cooked perfectly medium. Delicious! The breakfast bread pudding was weird but I was admittedly apprehensive about ordering a savory bread pudding. I think I'll stick to sweet bread pudding. The service was excellent. He was attentive and helpful. I saw the negative reviews but I would happily recommend this place. Especially for the burger. Next time I'm trying the beach burger or the banana bread pudding waffle. Sit outside near fountain. Every table has an umbrella and music inside is LOUD.

Finally made it down to Burger Bar. My husband and I went here last night to get some grub and watch the world cup game. Upon arrival the outdoor area was pretty busy so we decided to sit indoors. We were warned that it was loud inside, but it seemed pretty average to us. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and I got the 6-pack of buffalo chicken sliders. The pricing just seemed to be too high for everything. For example, the sliders were $5 each or 6 for $19.50. Sooo I can get 3 sliders for $15 or pay a few bucks more to have leftovers for lunch? On top of that, fries are not included with the sliders. A small regular fries or sweet potato fries was $2, which isn't a crazy price. I would have preferred truffle fries; however, $8 for a small order??! That's crazy! It's truffle oil and parmesan, not gold! To get the full experience, we did get the mint chocolate chip 'adult' milkshake, which was good, but again, a little small for the price tag of $12. Overall, the food was good, but in my mind a few dollars overpriced for each item. The ambiance was nothing special, couldn't really tell what type of vibe they were going for. The seats were metal with a tiny bit of pading, which were not comfortable. Not a bad place, just not good enough to justify the price tag!

Met a group of friends at the Burger Bar after work today. Just a quick stop in for happy hour and to check out the place for the 1st time. We were lucky enough to call ahead and reserve that back room for our large party. We shared appetizers and each enjoyed a drink (or two). The tastiest for me was the beef slider. I sampled the fries and a pulled port slider, but my mind keeps going back to the beef sliders. Charbroiled just the way I like them, will a slice of pickle to add a little zip. I'd return to sample a few more items on the menu.

I've been looking for a great burger place and I've finally found it! I had the spicy tuna which was great! My wife had the Kobe burger (which I tried) and that was great as well! The adult shake was very good and thick and I had the cucumber basil martini. I'm completely satisfied and will definitely return to try some other burgers.

I was attending workshop at Homewood Suites next door and event ran late so the entire room passed around a cell phone and placed their own individual orders. They walked it over to the hotel and had a receipt for each of us. That is why they get the five stars! Thank you Burger Bar!! I can't review for anyone else, but I loved my truffle fries. The burger I ordered was good. Quite a few people did complain that their sweet potato fries were soggy, probably due to the LARGE order and having sat in their to go boxes too long. Not sure how they could do it differently next time. But again it was a LARGE order on a Saturday night. They went above and beyond for us.

Pretty good... Service was good Vibe was cool but not too hip Food was fine but let me elaborate: Dad couldn't tell the difference between the regular and the Kobe beef. His burgers came very very pink in the center and wasn't too happy. He got them as sliders too. Steph got a greek burger and said she ordered it medium well but it came medium rare with a very pink center. I got the Kobe slider and truffle fries and loved my food. The fries were perfect as was the slider. Steph also got a chocolate shake and it was really good. Very thick. I would totally go back and recommend it.

Place is great! In the business for many years and have to say this is a place for burgers. Had a BBQ burger that was so juicy and the onions on it were so good. Big burgers and lots of food. Service was great very attentive and was on top of it. I seen a manager young girl long hair walking around talking to all the tables and it seemed like she really enjoyed what she did. Great experience and will definitely be back!

Expect a casual, above average bar! Decent food, nice location, great atmosphere...a tad pricey but somewhat justifiable. Many burger and appetizer options and always a good time. Must try: Hot Mess Burger, Chili with Fritos, Beer Battered Corn Dogs, Truffle Fries!! Happy Hour prices are super cheap! If you are in the area and want a good casual dining experience, stop by.

Best Burgers around without a doubt! This is my favorite & only place I will go when craving a burger. There used to be some good burger joints in Jupiter; but they consistently disappoint....except for this place! So many to choose from... Check out the " HOT MESS" burger or their Beach Burger! Also great friendly service & great drinks!

Um, YUM! A foodie co-worker recommended this place for lunch one day, and I loved it! It wasn't at all what I was expecting for a burger joint. It's much more than a "burger joint". The art, the decor, the tables, the chairs -- they all scream urban adventure, not greasy teenager (which is what I think of when I think of a burger joint). There are a few vegetarian options on the menu, so I was more than pleased with that, and ordered the chimichurri portobello burger. Um, YUM! The flavor of the mushroom was SO GOOD, but I must say that the bread/bun was extremely flavorful and squishy (not "bready" and dry). Burgers come with a side, and while I didn't care for any of the side options, I was able to substitute a side salad instead, at no charge. The only reason I'm mentioning this is because the salad dressing was sooooo good! It was some sort of citrus vinaigrette. I practically licked my plate clean! I'll return in a heartbeat, and would like to try one of their "adult milkshakes" next time, and perhaps sit in the comfy-looking outdoor patio area after the sun goes down.

Food was excellent here. I had a regular burger which was cooked very well and was a decent size and tasty. I also had the truffle fries which were delicious. Also had a few Guinness's (didn't like that they came out in a can). Service was very good and waiter was personal. Bar seemed lively and a nice place to hang out at night. Pricing I think is a bit high for what you get. I mean it's a burger place. We spent about 100 for two burgers a few drinks and an appetizer.

The service was great, our waitress was really nice. The burgers were really disappointing and the wings weren't the best. The fried pickles were tasty. Location is nice for outside seating but it was raining so we had to eat inside.

This place was quite a hike for us but worth it. The food was yummy and service was quick maybe a little too quick! For apps we got tostones topped with pulled pork. Even tough I'm not vegetarian I ordered the portobello burger with grilled onions and it was delicious. Didn't have room for dessert but have to go back and try the milkshake with Nutella, yum!

The service wasn't that great for a slow night. The bloody mary mix is made in house, but not that good. On a more positive note, the crab soup was good. I like a soup that you can eat with a fork. The ambience outside by the fountains is nice.

I recently went to Burger Bar for the first time this past Sunday, I was so please with the outside environment and the atmosphere itself. Everyone around was pleasant and I enjoyed chatting with the couple next to me as well. I had great service at the outside bar, Courtney was our bartender and she couldn't have been more attentive on top of that Holly was the girl working with her would continuous check on us as well. I really appreciated how sweet Courtney was I haven't seen anyone take so many steps to make such a great margarita before. What I also loved was that I didn't not feel rushed or pressured for my prime football bar seat, made the experience much better than at some other sports bar. I would certainly go back any day of the week, and really recommend burger bar you'll get much greater service than any other spots bar.

They started strong but never stayed consistent. We've been there about 5 or so times and each time was a completely different experience. I would have a great burger with decent service. Then I would have a dry, bland burger with bad service. I love a great burger but this place just doesn't inspire confidence when visiting which is sad because the options in this area are slim.

Solid burgers which makes it hard to say the rest They keep changing their promotions which gets confusing Appetizers used to be 50% off before 7pm now they are only $2 off Beers were $ 2 before 7Pm now $2 off Tuesday used to be $2 sliders night , now only some sliders if that hasn't changed yet again BtW their onion loaf appetiZer is one of the worst things I've ever eaten. Super greasy and the onions were so thin it felt like a loaf of batter. Oh yeah and they almost charged us a "sharing charge" because we split a burger and two appetizers.

Took the family to Burger Bar. I really wanted to like this place. For the most part, Burger Bar met my expectations. For starters, this restaurant is in a strip with many other restaurants. So there are lots of choices. But since I was with the family, we decided to stay safe with something we'd all find something to eat. Great seating area outside. Lots of tables and an outside bar. We had a wonderful day, so it was perfect setting. The bartender had both the bar and our table. So service was ok, not great as he was busy with other customers at the bar. The food was good but nothing too special. My burger came out as expected. Everyone seem to enjoy their food. Simple soft drinks for us, so I can't comment on the bar side of things. But the best part was the dessert. My kids saw "funnel cake fries". So that was a must. We got one order to split. It was plenty big for all of us. They included some fruit flavored dipping sauces. They should have also had a chocolate sauce. You gotta try these! Awesome! Other restaurants should add this to their menu!

Had dinner here last night. This was my second visit having gone in March. The service was horrible in March, taking 35 minutes to get burgers after they were ordered. This was after 8 pm, and it was not crowded. Last night the service was acceptable but the food was mediocre and overpriced. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich which was good except for the bun, which was so moist that it could not be cut in half. Her fries were supposed to be spicy, but we're not. I had a Turkey Reuben which I enjoyed, but my side order of sweet potato fries were cold and soggy. I thought that they were pre-owned. I should have sent them back, but you know the stories. I will not return here for the food. Fool me once...

Went with a group of friends after an event. It was my choice and one I've now come to regret. We typically come in after work with a small group, usually its the same decent food, ok service, good prices. This time for one reason or another a bug crawled out of our fries. Made our server aware and even handed the coaster with the bug on it to her. I understand this is Florida but what came next still has my group of friends and I talking about it, days later. Another server came by and alerted the "manager" after we joked with her about it... the "chef" or "manager" came over and talked us through it... never offered to replace the order or take care of this meal (the charge came through) because of what happened... said we should come back and let him know next time and he'd take care of us. I'm not sure there will be a next time after this experience.

Food is well done... Pricey for the area but perhaps worth it. Happy hour is 3-6 with 1/2 off wells, wines, and drafts. My only complaint is that when you order a double tall that's two shots of liquor, not one shot and double tall soda but that's about it. If you want to drink go to an actual bar or Ft Lauderdale. Outside patio is great and service staff is excellent.

I wasn't impressed. I've heard great things about this place but was disappointed. The food was cold, the menu items had more ingredients listed than actually came out with the entree and salad. The meat on our sandwich and salad was both dry. Way overpriced for the quality of the food. The server was nice. It was too much to mention anything to the server without feeling like I was complaining about everything. Overall disappointed and it's too bad because I live so close and would love a new place for happy hour get togethers.

Some great things about this place. Hard to beat the fun of $2 sliders & fries on Tuesdays. But go expecting to pay for the inexpensive food in wait time, or little attention from the server. We've eaten here many times, & it's always something. Last night my order was wrong & I got my food 20 minutes later when everyone else at the table was finished. It must be poor training of the staff, because they are always clueless that something is amiss. Breads are great. Outside seating is lovely. Great food presentation. (Inside gets too loud to sit & talk.)

Cool environment but the burgers are just ok. Shakes are good. Prices are a little high. The Sunday brunch is good- every item was tasty and good but not a massive selection. Bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary's. I'd recommend the brunch.

Wow. We weren't even aware of this place when we were on our way to dinner at a place in the same center. We saw it and checked out the menu and knew this place would be something special. The menu is massive, the service was amazing and the food was out of this world. Even the drinks were something special. We were both so glad we came across this place.

We purchased a Travelzoo voucher for Burger Bar and were anxious to try the restaurant. Premium burgers ran around $19.00 each, so one would expect something really special at that price point. I picked my burger up, and it immediately broke apart onto the paper-lined tray. The sauce soaked the paper, and I had to continually ensure that I was not eating paper with the burger. Service was not remarkable. I ordered extra pickle chips and was surprised to find a charge of $0.25 on the bill. No big deal, but at this price point, I thought it was a stingy move. The burger was tasty, but no more so than a burger from Flanigan's at about half the price. Hard metal chairs discourage one from sitting and lingering after the meal. All in all, go if you have to, but don't go without some type of discount, and be prepared to overpay for food that is ordinary.

After four terrible tries, we are officially giving up on this place. At first when they opened we chalked it up to the newness. It's been open a while now and neither the service nor quality has improved. Hands down some of the worst service to be found in Jupiter. Wish there was a zero star rating. They've certainly earned it. Top off the awful service with overpriced drinks, poorly made with cheap ingredients and lackluster bartending talent combined with overpriced burgers of crap quality meat.... I'll take a pass. There's much better to be had out there in this area, and for less money.... Sorry guys - we really did try to give it a fair chance.

The food here is pretty consistent. I get the Beach burger every time and haven't been disappointed yet. The sweet potato fries are good too. I tried the turkey burger once and wasn't a fan. It's a pretty cool atmosphere; casual yet trendy.

Our first time here for lunch, we ordered a burger and a wrap and replaced the fries with a Caesar and a side salad. To begin, the salads were awful. I asked for a balsamic and got something, but at least it was edible as compared to the Caesar. The fishiest salad I've ever had, I was choking on anchovies and still have dead fish taste in my mouth. Then the wrap came out, super dry and kind of small. The burger was very average, truly nothing special. Don't think we'll be going back, not tasty in our opinion.

Great beer selection and very good burgers. Kids eat free on Wednesday night which was a welcome surprise for just stumbling into the place. They have a few different varieties of burgers all stamped with a charbroiled logo of Burger Bar on the bun. The burgers were darn good but I can't say it was worth the price. Most of the burgers were $15-20, which is a little steep for a burger as far as I'm concerned. But it was very good.

Since we are just within a few blocks, we've there a few times when some friends just wanted to have a try, though the service is never good, just so so food and expensive price. I used to thought the fries were their best stuff, but when they came with the burger today, every piece of the sweet potato was so short (less than one inch Seriously???) that we can barely pick them up...not mention the surgar everywhere on the fries...The potato one taste like they absorb all the moisture of the summer florida. What is even worse? The bbq burger which was order medium rare was basicly raw and hot mess ordered medium was too dry to eat. Don't want to remember the flavour. Nothing about tasty. As always, their price is misguided on the menu and so does the check. When we request an explaination of the check, they just ask 'Do you want to talk to the manager?' Well, I guess we don't care to since we won't go back any more although we just live across the street. If this arouse your curiosity, just spend 50 bucks for a meal for 2 and end up with a feeling you try to get rid of in your stomach you will know.

Atmosphere, amazing customer service and fine quality food is the norm at Burger Bar in Jupiter! This is a MUST try if you have not be there yet! We started with an AMAZING pitcher of fresh, refreshing and fruit filled red Sangria which I highly recommend! Then my husband order a custom burger with applewood smoked bacon, provolone and a fried egg, it was perfection on a bun. I made the mistake of ordering the special of the night, the mahi- mahi and it was dry and unseasoned, of course I should've ordered a burger! The adorable personal side of fries served in a little fry basket was a great touch & their logo on the top of the bun is fantastic! We sat outside by the fountain, and I must say you have got to try it!

Ate there last night. It was terrific. Great waitress, I had the tuna burger and she made sure it wasn't spicy. Good quality fish cooked perfectly. Instead of French fries I was able to get a delicious vegetable. My husband had a delicious turkey burger with turkey bacon on a. Whole wheat bun. Drinks were refilled without asking. Prices were fair for the quality.

Last year we did a flight connection in Fort Lauderdale and we had few options to eat! This year we had a surprise, a new restaurant in our terminal! We had the Cheeseburger Classic and the Tropical BBQ. They were really good! The meat was tender and very tasty! I also loved the bread! We ordered sweet potatoes but they were a little soggy! Yes, now I want to do more flight connections in Fort Lauderdale!

It has a great atmosphere inside, but everything great about this place stops after you take your seat. The service is terrible, and I have eaten here three times due to family/friends wanting to go. The first time I went my burger was excellent, fries were cold, apps were bland. Both times I went back the food has gotten worse which is a disgrace at about $15 a burger. The main problem with this restaurant though is the service and especially the manager. I've had three different servers and everyone of them acted like it was their first time in a restaurant. The manager walks around with an unpleasant scowl on his face and gave me a hard time about asking to change one of the tv stations on two occasions. He also makes rude comments to tables frequently. There are much better places to get a $15 burger in the area.

Their happy hour is great ... Bartender Stacy is AMAZING ... Full of personality and right on point ... The only reason i give this place 3 stars is because the burgers are pricey ... its a flipping burger ... come on ... If they lower their prices by a few bucks this place would be packed !!! On the upside the burgers are tasty just pricey ... The bar is fantastic ... cool place to hang with your friends

Food was really fantastic but the operations and overall service were awful. The server did her best to manage the bar, bar area and outside. She was great to us but spread far too thin to be successful w every customer. But our orders came out wrong, fries came out 10 min after I finished my burger, and drinks took 10-15 min. During our visit, the hostess' purse was stolen from the front of the building. Instead of managing the situation, supporting his staff and moving her to a back area, he allowed her to fill out a police report with police at the hostess stand while customers arrived. He didn't seem to have any idea how to manage the restaurant, the customers, or the staff. The food was great but the overall experience was unsettling.

It can be pretty expensive to eat here, but it is a treat! We were a table of 7 and our server Jaime was awesome! Shakes and burgers for everyone, including a vegetarian at our table who had the portobello burger. I like the idea and creativity of the whole menu! We are hooked on the Truffled Fries!
